I got a Magic Straight perm...would T-gel for dandruff strip away the "straightening chemicals?

i got magic straight done a month ago, but i have dandruff, and is sooo itchy, especially in the back of my head. since t-gel strips away artificial hair color, would it strip away the straightening things in my hair?

any recommend anything else for an itchy scalp??

No, it won't strip out the chemical.

The chemical is inside your hair, it reforms the bonds inside the hair, so the T-gel won't affect the straightening.

Sea breeze for the itchy scalp. I swear it.

no problem to the other product (I am licensed) however, before you use the dandruff product make sure to massage your entire scalp for at least 5 minutes

It shouldn't. The chemical treatment in the perm causes a change in the bonds between the protein groups making up the strands of hair. It would take another chemical treatment to change the bonds again, and T-gel shouldn't have the same type of chemicals in it.

I don't think it will, since the chemical isn't directly on your scalp anymore. Head %26amp; shoulders smells tons better than t-gel, and it is better for your hair too I think...my dad used to use t-gel and it does nothing for your hair.

nothing will make the chemicals come out of your hair...they grow out..so u can pretty much use anything on your hair
