I want my hair to have volume but everytime I wet my hair and put on gel it becomes flat. I have some friends who uses gel and they to it in a certain way where their hair looks wet and has gel but their hair doesn't go flat and still has volume. How do you do this?

use mousse, if you want to use gel try to put a little bit when your hair is damp then fluff your hair. or use a hair dryer it gives alot of volume.
