Facial hair?

i bought this FACIAL HAIR LIGHTING GEL from AVON. it says its "formulated to make hair lighter in color, softer and finer" does anybody else use this? does this stay permanently? please help, i want to know before i start using it =]

i ahvent used it but i know for sure that the cream will NOT remove your hair permanantly otherwise it would say so!

and if it did it would be SOLD OUT big time!
