You need to have natural curly hair or a perm. I have natural curly, you just wash it, use a big handful of conditioner. When rinsing out conditioner, do it briefly, not thoroughly. When exiting shower, ring wet hair do Not use a towel on it. Apply Herbal Essence mousse (use alot). Do not use blow dryer. Hair will dry with wet look and lots of shine!
